Staff is really helpful never argue for anything . Doctor also very friendly . Never had any issue with them ..

Very disappointed with the care I received. I went to A&E because something didn’t feel right with my body. They told me I needed an MRI scan and blood tests and to follow up with my GP. When I saw my GP the next day, they dismissed my concerns, saying my blood was checked four months ago and I didn’t need an MRI. I left feeling completely unheard and not taken seriously. I’m now looking for a second opinion because I still don’t feel right. Patients deserve to be listened to.

I’ve never written a review for a GP before, but I feel like I have to after my recent experience with this surgery. About a month ago, I called regarding some ongoing health issues, and they told me I’d get a telephone consultation at a specific time. I waited, but no one ever called. I ended up having to call the surgery myself for 3–4 days in a row just to chase up the appointment. Only after the fourth day did someone finally call me back.
