Worst service, very unprofessional
Disappointing experience with scheduling and customer service. Called ahead for an oil and tire change, given a 12:30 PM slot. Arrived to find the shop unattended, no answer on calls. After a 25-minute wait, got a call to return later. When the mechanic showed up, he said there were cars ahead and to wait or come back tomorrow. Rather than apologizing for the mix-up, he brushed it off with "don't show me the clock, it happens." Waited another hour with no progress. Piyush is an excellent mechanic with lots of experience, always gives true advice and is very reasonable. Trust worthy.
Very knowledgeable and handy staff. They charge also reasonable, for oil change no need for appointment. Also open on weekend too.
