Very disappointing experience. I ordered the ring in July as a birthday gift and went to pick it up in September. When I arrived, the staff initially couldn’t even locate or identify which ring was my order, and I had to show them which one it was. The gold band I had ordered was finished in store while I was there, but the finishing and overall quality were extremely disappointing.
