Great experience, arrived within proper hours and waited in line. Service was professional and appreciated. I liked i could enter and exit without having to traipse through the entire mall or have to pay for parking.
1 starI had a very disappointing experience at Browse Studio. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and urgently needed service, even offering to pay by cash or debit. Despite this, I was completely refused service. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This is absolutely poor customer service. I will not be coming back here and advise others to avoid this place as well.
