Paul the new owner is a great man. Not only was he responsive, but also made sure what I had to be shredded was protected. I work for over1000 doctors so the information I have is very sensitive, he made sure I watched him shred. Thank you so much paul
The web site does not say one has to call first. I arrived to find that the person was not there. We were informed that he has to be called first. The site states the store is open until 7 pm-no mention of calling
Not very helpful. Their truck is broken and I did not know until I have to call myself.
I called up and Josh was able to come by the next day. He shredded boxes of documents that had been building up at my place. Friendly and convenient.
