Extremely disappointed with this gym’s values and lack of safety standards for FEMALE members. They actively protect and endorse service providers who are facing serious, ongoing sexual assault criminal prosecutions. When concerns about client safety and professional ethics were raised, the gym’s management chose to block and silence the concerned party instead of conducting a proper inquiry. I’ve had such a great experience at this gym. One of the things that really sets it apart is its smaller size. It creates a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where you never feel lost in a crowd. Because the classes are intentionally kept small, the trainers are able to give each person the attention they deserve. Thank you Ivo and Maria! You are awesome!
Booked a 9:15AM class for Friday (March 6) through ClassPass and arrived to find the gym closed with no notice. Tried calling and texting but received no response. Very frustrating. This review was posted on March 6 at 9:16AM.
