I LOVE this gym, just hit 50 classes and it has transformed me both mentally and physically. I love the staff, they are so welcoming and not at all intimidating and make you feel at home, while kicking your booty! To top it off, they even provide childcare! I am so happy I found my little oasis in Buda :)
Enjoy the workout and pushes me to a different level! Between the Shred 512 community and trainers push, 60 Minutes is over quickly bait the sweat is earned
If I could give ♾️/10 I would!! Hands down the best gym I’ve ever experienced - from the staff to the actual workouts that have been making me SWEAT profusely 😂, It has truly been a lovely experience.The community of Shred512 Fitness has been welcoming and supportive for my weight loss journey.💪🏻
Leadership needs a lot of work. Trainers come in and out all the time and the place lacks consistency and professionalism. They do not treat their employees fairly or with respect.
Okay. I am a barre instructor and let me tell you this class kicks my booty !!!!! Everyday is something new. I love this place because I love to work out and now that I am doing chemotherapy so often it truly lets me reach my potential while allowing me to modify when needed. Today was a prime example why I love it. I was having a hard time figuring out a work out (head matching feet. Cardio is not my forte lol ) and Brandon came over abd walked me through it. No Shame.
