Okay. I am a barre instructor and let me tell you this class kicks my booty !!!!! Everyday is something new. I love this place because I love to work out and now that I am doing chemotherapy so often it truly lets me reach my potential while allowing me to modify when needed. Absolutely love this gym! The instructor, owner & fellow class mates are super friendly, the gym is clean, and the classes are motivating but challenging.
I absolutely love this gym! The classes and trainers are top notch and the owners are like family to us! truly care about your overall success. No matter your fitness level, they will cater to your needs so that you see results! 💪🏼 They offer childcare and a variety of classes to fit your schedule! 10 out of 10 recommend!
