I started this chapter 1.5 years ago at age 61 I've always exercised & been athletic. Moving to Texas 7 .5 years ago from Ohio for husband's career was a stressful time with no family or friends, or job. Made it through covid years with acquiring covid which lead to asthma and inhalers. I had a very disappointing experience canceling my membership. I was forced to accept and pay for an extra month just to complete the cancellation process, which I believe is unfair and misleading. Policies like this feel designed to trap customers rather than treat them honestly. The only positive part of my experience was, BRANDON who was professional and kind. Unfortunately, one good employee does not make up for an unfair business practice. I would not recommend this place based on how cancellations are handled.

I really enjoyed the classes and the energy it brought. However if I were to do membership again I would do through classpass or pay per class. I recently experienced being laid off and management was not able to work with me. I had to pull from my savings to fulfill the end of my contract which was stressful when trying to manage costs. Outside of that it’s a great environment.

Reviewing for Kerry. I try to go during the time that he trains because he truly pushes you and motivates you to finish a workout. Everytime I leave from a workout I feel stronger and energetic. Thank you shred and thank you Kerry!!
