My absolute favorite place to workout! The classes will motivate you and push you to do your best, which I can’t seem to do on my own. And I actually enjoy the workouts here! Joy is the sweetest instructor, and she is wonderful at cheering you on and helping you do your best! Highly recommend shred 415

Shred415 provides an awesome experience with a super cool studio, great trainers, and challenging but fun workouts! I mainly train with Joy and Chuck, who both bring tons of energy to their classes and push you to improve. Shred has been a big part of my fitness journey, very thankful to have found them!
