Shred 415 is my favorite workout studio in Old Town! The instructors are so awesome, and I leave every workout feeling so great the rest of the day!!

Sheed415 is awesome - staff is super friendly, lobby and studio is always very clean and put together, and workouts are always great.
I have been “Shredding” for over 10 years and still love every minute of it! The classes and intensity of the workouts has been exceptional from day 1 and 10 years later it is no different.
