Love the energy of this place, workouts are great!
The best 60 min workout. You get cardio and strength training. You also get a great community. I am an orthopedic physical therapist; I highly recommended
A favorite workout studio of mine! Love the Lincoln Park location and the variety of timeslots for classes. One of the best ways to start my day is with an early morning Shred class. All the instructors are encouraging and knowledgeable but I am partial towards Lesley!
I normally lift and go to the gym everyday, after awhile just started looking for something different to do on my weekends workout since I was getting bored of going to the gym, and this is exactly what I was looking for!! They motivate you, the class is so cool and fun and you will definitely sweat a lot and leave with a new mindset!! My addiction every Saturday now!!!
Great workout lead by even greater instructors! Each one has something unique that makes class fun, motivating, and leaves you excited and eager for the next class!
