Shred helps keep you motivated with all the energy the instructors bring. The workouts are challenging but doable. I feel myself getting stronger every week, and for the first time in my life, I can see myself sticking with this long-term.
I just started going to the Hurstbourne location and I LOVE it! The staff is super supportive and helpful, and the workouts are so much fun. I will definitely be going regularly from now on!
