My shred review is long overdue. I have worked out in some capacity most of my life since my early teenage years but prior to coming to shred I have been off my game for quite a while and I just completed physical therapy for a frozen shoulder. My first couple months at Shred, I was basically in excruciating pain every time I did a shoulder or arm, exercise or plank. But I persevered and really focused on rehabbing my shoulder. Shred415 is a wonderful place to workout. There is a variety of classes, such as a sculpt, Strength class, arm and abs class and total body to name a few. There are also free pop up classes. Come shred at Shred415
If you are looking for a high intensity, constant encouragement, and an incredible community then sign yourself up for shred! The workouts will push unlike any on your own, especially if you enjoy running! I also love the variety in the classes, instructors, and drills! No two classes are alike! Seriously sign up!
