Love everyone at shred , great classes
I am very happy at this gym. I love the variety of cardio on the treadmills and strength training on the floor. The teachers, staff and sense of community is so great and motivating!
This place is magical. It honestly saved my live. I have five kids and haven’t worked out in two years because I have five kids so I was searching for any fitness facility that had childcare and would be able to take my eight month old and my three year-old. This is one of the places that showed up I had no idea what this place was until I came for my first workout a week ago. Love Love shred 415 class kick my butt which I like. And all the team members are Great.
I have tried so many gyms and Shred415 exceeds them all! From your first workout you truly feel like you are apart of a community! The workouts are amazing I started seeing results after the first week! If you’re thinking about trying it just sign up you won’t regret it!
