When I first started coming here I knew it was different than anything I had ever done or tried. I wasn’t fit or coordinated or anything, and I was fairly beginner when it came to group fitness. The Shred staff was so welcoming and supportive of my level and goals. I was so relieved I did not have to be self conscious at all. Now it’s been 5 years and 1,100 classes later! I have improved a ton and have my shred fam to thank. 🧡
High energy, immersive workout experience. Fun lights and music. Part time on the treadmills and part time weights, all cued by an instructor. Class time goes by so fast because it’s so fun! Wonderful people really make it feel like a community. Super addicting.
Shred is such an effective and enjoyable workout! Plus, they have childcare!!! The trainers are super motivating and inspirational. I love the dark room and loud music that gets you in the zone, and working alongside such a great community keeps my energy up. I am so grateful I found this place to support my postpartum journey and now through my next pregnancy! I feel stronger for it 💪 Thank you, team!!
I walked into Shred415 for a workout and ended up finding the spark I didn't know I was missing! The workouts are challenging but SO much fun. Every class is different, and leaves me feeling stronger, physically and mentally. I can't say enough about the trainers, they are incredible. They're motivating, supportive, and they meet you where you’re at while still challenging you to grow.
