Shred415 is my FAVORITE workout place! I have been going to this studio for 10 years and every class is so unique that it makes going each time fun while also getting in an awesome workout. The community and friends you make while working out is like no other studio. From the front desk to the instructors to the clients, there are so many friendly faces. I would recommend this workout studio to members of all levels. You will get your sweat on and be hooked! Would rate it 10/10! #ShredFam
Shred 415 delivers an incredible full-body workout, and no two classes are ever the same. The instructors constantly mix things up, keeping both your mind and body challenged. Every class is tough in the best way, led by instructors who bring nonstop positive energy and genuine encouragement. Add in great music and high motivation, and it’s impossible not to stay engaged and keep coming back for more.
They will not stop harassing me with texts and calls. I worked out here almost 10 years ago. I've since opted out of their marketing texts countless times, they just keep creating new numbers. It's nonstop.
Shred415 makes working out go by very quickly for those of us who don’t want to work out! The instructors and all the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable to do exactly what you are wanting and able to do. Very appreciative to have this team in my corner.
