Words cannot express how much I love this fitness studio. The workouts are challenging, fun and change every time. The music is on point and the lights are low, which allows you to zone into your workout. I always feel accomplished when leaving. The best part of the studio are the amazing instructors - special shout out to Chloe Risto, Natalie Exline and Ashley D.
I’ve enjoyed this studio so much— I get a great workout from kind, thoughtful, educated, and motivating instructors! Heidi will kick your butt and inspire change. Prepare to get hooked!
