Disappointed they no longer shred personal items. They were so wonderful there. But WAS referred to another place Ron was nice but wish there was a place closer

We tried to set up a contract with Shred-X for our local religious non profit organization (WCTL Radio) as a fundraiser. In a word--creepy. Their webpage indicates walk-in service within proscribed hours and your documents are shredded in-front of you. NO WAY did any shredding occur in my presence. The file box of documents, left for destruction, was from an estate. It contained all social security info, medical info, tax returns, etc. of the deceased. What a bonanza for the criminally inclined. One wonders who these people are and what over-sight occurs. The place reminded me of a 1950's, used-car lot, in rural America. Like I said--creepy.
