I'm writing for our Non profit Catholic Social Services of Augusta. We have a client of Shred with us for over five years and always have excellent service. They have ALLWAYS been curtious and picked up all of our shred always asking when they emptied the main locked bin if we have any other shred. The driver today was here for less than five minutes and refused to pick up the other shred when they only pick up every six weeks.
