I booked a personal BARRE class with Shannon to kickoff a bachelorette party weekend and all the girls LOVED IT! It was the perfect start to our day. Highly recommend. Thank you, Shannon!
Our daughter had her 7th birthday party at Shred with Shannon. She had an amazing time dancing with her friends and using the aerial hammocks! Shannon and Jackie were both so kind and helpful throughout the actual party and the planning period. I would definitely recommend them for someone looking for a unique birthday experience in the area!
I celebrated my birthday with a group of girlfriends by taking an aerial silks class. Shannon was great to work with in setting everything up prior to the class itself and led us through a super fun evening with aerial yoga, tricks and twists and a meditation. We all had a blast trying something new! Can't wait to come back and try it with my kiddos!
Our daughter had her 6th birthday party here. It was a great experience! Very low stress and the kids had a blast doing aerial yoga. Would definitely recommend!
