We had an amazing aerial birthday party! Our instructors Jaelyn and Miss Christine made it such a fun and welcoming space!
Looking for something fun for all ages!? Shred with Shannons was the perfect place to hold our 9 year olds birthday party. All the girls raved about the aerial party! Shannon did a great job of keeping everyone engaged! I loved that we had a separate area for cupcakes and nice area to open gifts. The girls love the diffuser scent! 90 mins went by so fast!
We had 13 5-6yo girls for a glow party, and they had an amazing time! Shannon and Jackie took care of all hosting duties, too. It was a blast and super easy!
The floating meditation with Shannon was amazing. I have never been one to meditate- but this did the trick. She made our group comfortable from the start and provided an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend for others in the area looking for a total relaxation experience.
