The Shred Shop is the absolute perfect blend of cardio and strength for any lifestyle. I live a very busy life and it's great to be able to connect with other people in the same boat as you and work out early enough that it doesn't interfere with the rest of your day. I've seen tremendous results since I've started and I can not tell you how highly I would recommend this facility for anyone looking to make major changes in their health and lifestyle. A massive thank you to all of the instructors!
I recently just switched over to the Shred Shop and I am absolutely loving it. Every day is different and all the workouts have been very challenging and rewarding. The instructors are all top notch and I’d highly recommend this place to any busy person who needs a quick, but killer workout!!!
