New at Shred Shop but loving the vibe and intensity! Feeling stronger already, and love the sense of accomplishment that washes over me when class finishes. The workouts, coaches, and playlists, set a tone for my day of empowerment and positivity. Really happy I made the change and joined Shred Shop.
I had my first class today and I absolutely loved it! All of the staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the class and I will definitely return! Highly recommend for people of any fitness levels.
Your health is the most important investment in life but often ignored because it is work!!! That is why it is called working out, it is not meant to be easy or fun!!! Anything that is easily obtained is often not worth it!!! I have attended many facilities The Shred Shop has exceeded my expectations.
