Easy to work with. All we have to do is set up an appointment and they arrive and pick up our old papers to shred. Simple and affordable and efficient friendly staff. We've used them for about three years now. Will continue.

I recently hired NW Shred to shred some old files. Super simple job, but was pleasantly surprised by their communication (driver called when he was on his way), how quick they got out (24hrs notice), and I had the receipt for the job in my inbox by the time I got to my desk. Then they followed up later in the day to make sure everything went ok. I don't know if all shred companies are like this, but I won't have to find out because I'm not calling anyone else.
