It was easy to have shred NW come and shred my papers. The office communicated well and the driver was nice. Very efficient and reasonably priced to boot. I would use them again in the future. Thank you

The truck arrived with the window that the email said. The drivers were very courteous and professional. Paid attention to detail. They had to come back in the morning because the truck was full. They were very apologetic about it. It was good to hear.
