I had an appointment with Shred Nation on Friday, April 24th 2026.I made the appointment weeks ago. I called to confirm my appointment on Friday AM for a 10-11a appointment. I spoke to Jerry on more than one occasion. Jerry set up my appointment. Jerry did not have me in the books and forgot about my appointment. Scheduling at Shred Nation needs to be re-evaluated, They do not scream confidence at all. Thankfully, I took the day off work, and Jerry was able to get Leo to my house at 3p on the same day.
