No one returned my call to pick up the shredding. Sorry service.
Briscia is very curt, transfers you before you’re done asking questions. Did not specify she was actually transferring me to a third party (UPS). If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Maybe allow people to have their concerns addressed prior to blindly transferring them! I had to call back only to be connected with her again, same poor unwilling attitude to assist for a second time.
