The people I spoke with over the phone to set up my Shred It pick up were pleasant, which is why they earned a star. However, though we tried repeatedly to contact the local company who were assigned the actual pick up, I waited for a full day and they never arrived. I was assigned a new time for later in the week only to have the same thing happen. At that point I gave up and cancelled the service. My experience was poor. Unless they improve dramatically, don’t use Shred It. Go with another company.
It was a great community event to shred sensitive docents sponsored by VLR Financial
