Worst shred experience. There is a bin in each UPS store to which you must insert your documents a few at a time. This is after paying UPS for disposal. I was very dissatisfied
On time and professional.
Cindy answered my questions and got me in touch with a company close by that was able to shred my boxes of paperwork the same day. She was also very friendly & professional for the duration of our phone conversation.
