I was surprised to receive a callback about a minute after I entered the online request. Ashley was very helpful and pleasant, giving me some options for my small amount of paper shredding. Her email was also informative; I hadn’t realized that a nearby UPS store was a drop-off location for shredding. $1 a pound is a little pricey, so I think I’ll wait until the spring shredding events and see if any of them are closer than 10 or 20 miles away (as they usually are).
