We had a bunch of files that need to be shredded and after searching we decided on Shred Nations They are local, professional, came on time and very helpful understanding what they would take and was able to get rid of all the boxes..i will use them again and recommend them to friends and colleagues.
Scheduled promptly, showed up on time, shredded as requested, and cost was as bid. Great job.
The representative left one voicemail, saying she would also email "if that's easier". I sent her two emails with no response and she never followed up! Lost my business to Shred-it, who had excellent customer service.
We got the answers we were looking for and prompt service.
