I’ve been using shred fitness for about 3 months now and I can’t be happier with this place. Sign up was done from my phone which was quick and easy. Monthly price is very competitive, and you get all the bells and whistles as far as equipment and space to get done what you need to. Athletes or an everyday person will be able to get a great workout at shred fitness. Very well kept!! Contact Mr Cody and he will get you set up!
Awesome place. Clean quit. Has all the equipment you would need. And has a weight sled with plenty of room
Owner Cody is awesome. Clean gym, good equipment, not crowded. The place is obviously well taken care of. Recommended!
