Great facility, awesome coaches, and a fantastic community. They offer a lot of classes throughout the day which makes it easy to find a time that fits my schedule. The 2-week trial really gave me a feel for the gym before committing.
I can’t say enough about how amazing this CrossFit community is, Coach Marcus is absolutely hands down the best coach I’ve ever worked with, focusing on form and mobility helping me improve my overall fitness level more than I could of hoped for. I’ve been to many CrossFit Gyms and Shred is by far the best in Columbus! I wish I would have found this Gym sooner!!
Marcus, the coach and owner, is the kindest and most empathetic man around. He really listens and meets all persons exactly where they are at doesn’t make judgements. The facility is clean and well organized. He would make a great leader in any organization, but I’m really happy to call him coach.
I’m 57 years old and overweight. Marcus worked with me to get ready for the classes, And I’ve been doing the classes for four weeks. Everyone in the class is a super supportive. There are people in their 20s through people in their 60s. It’s hard work, but I can’t believe how much better I feel how much weight I’ve lost in just a few weeks. I love the whole crew at Shred.
