I have been with this doctor for years and will be moving to another doctor. His new staff are rude, unprofessional, cold, and uninviting group. The office manager made an error and blame me the patient. Didn’t disclose that they moved and I drove to three locations. No apologies, just we have to reschedule your appointment. Working in the medical field as a management. I would never have let my staff carry on in such a manner. The arrogance environment for a Medical Office is not where patients would want to be treated.
