Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. The weekly cleanings are mediocre and barely put any time into actually cleaning my pool. I’m the one constantly having to fill the water levels up, and my chlorine tablet floater has been broken for weeks and they haven’t even changed it out for a new one. Also my vacuum head has now disappeared and no text back from the owner when I asked him where it went. Shrammu Pool DIS-service is more like it! They should rename themselves SCAMMU. After using this company for years and various issues along the way, the biggest issue occurred this past week. I walked out to a completely green and algae filled pool. I called asking for help and the owner Kevin was in Mexico. Nobody else knew what to do and they sent Will who simply grabbed a water sample. Shrammu Pool Service did a great job chipping out plaster and fixing a step. They replastered it and it looks great. The pool in beautiful. They went the extra mile cleaning some tile's that had a lot of build up. I couldn't be happier. Thank You, Shrammu Pools. Plus their bid came in and it couldn't be beat! Wendy
Would use them again. They came out the same day and looked at the pool, they got everything fixed and done the very next day.
