Amazing place. I caught a flat on my car and the guy there was nice enough to change it for us and put the doughnut on. He couldn't fix the tire but he put the spare on and I am sooo greatful for that. We were from out of town

I had a very disappointing experience at Shrader Tire & Oil in Toledo, Ohio. I was charged for a service that was never actually performed. When I questioned it, there was no proper explanation or effort to resolve the issue. On top of that, the facility was extremely unclean and poorly maintained, which raises serious concerns about their overall professionalism and standards.
