I had a very disappointing experience at Shrader Tire & Oil in Toledo, Ohio. I was charged for a service that was never actually performed. When I questioned it, there was no proper explanation or effort to resolve the issue. On top of that, the facility was extremely unclean and poorly maintained, which raises serious concerns about their overall professionalism and standards. I’m a foreigner just arrived in us. I accidentally got a flat tire on the first day of my rental car. I was so frustrated because I don’t know anyone here. This shop really saved my life btw his name is Jeff!!!! Thanks
We were traveling through the area, had an issue with one of our tires. They took us right in and took care of it to ensure we were safe to continue trying to great professional group of guys there! Highly recommend!
