First time customer at Shrader South Bend location but it won’t be my last Very friendly staff from Harry, Wayne, Chrissy and Felix. Felix did an awesome job and took pride in doing the job right. Spun balanced my wheels before mounting the tires just as a check. Once tires were mounted spun balanced again and couldn’t be happier with the results. Phenomenal roadside service after a steer tire blow out. Tech was quick in response and skills were on point! I couldn’t have asked for better service.
This was an amazing place to get roadside service. I had to wait an hour for Daniel to get to my location because I was in a location that was nowhere near a truck stop for my company. My self inflator on my trailer tire completely snapped and he fixed it pretty fast and it was dark. He was VERY friendly, service was amazing, and fast. He also pointed out that i was missing a hub seal cap on my rear tire on the other side of my trailer hub on same axle, and he pointed me out to the closest truck stop so i can get it fixed be... read more
