We haul mail for USPS. Our runs are very time sensitive without much down time. Last week I had one of my drivers bring a truck in to Shrader for a much needed alignment. Although the driver showed up with half the day gone, and the shop had a full schedule, they were able to squeeze the truck in and have it up and ready by the next run. I was traveling from Michigan to Parma, Oh and had a tire blowout. Fortunately, I made it off the freeway ramp. Checked in at the Pilot service center who recommended Shrader Tire. Crew was very responsive and performed quality work to get me back on the road. My load had shifted and they went out of their way to move the bins back properly. Fair prices and friendly service. I would highly recommend them.
