We haul mail for USPS. Our runs are very time sensitive without much down time. Last week I had one of my drivers bring a truck in to Shrader for a much needed alignment. Although the driver showed up with half the day gone, and the shop had a full schedule, they were able to squeeze the truck in and have it up and ready by the next run.
