I was super nervous for my IUD insertion at the Northbridge clinic last week, but the whole process was such a positive experience. The nurse I spoke with on the phone before making my booking was an angel; she was kind, compassionate, funny and asked appropriate questions to make my experience as stress-free as possible. The reception staff were lovely and so welcoming. Thank you to the doctors and nurses who looked after me, they were professional but really friendly and helped put me at ease. I'm the post-surgery trans female without reproductive organ and I had phone consulted for continual hormone therapy. The receptionist is lack of gender awareness, I already told them I'm come from Taiwan looking ti continue my treatment in Australia, and the agent told me go back to find my prescribed doctor for my treatment. Great experience getting my IUD today. Very efficient from start to finish (love the e-forms to save time), so the whole process from booking to leaving felt easy and accessible. Your staff are incredible! From the booking team, to the doctors, nurses and reception staff... all were wonderful, approachable and great at their jobs. Thanks for making an uncomfortable thing much more comfortable.
