I had a very disappointing experience when I called to book a medical appointment for my wife. The nurse I spoke to abruptly ended the call and refused to make the booking, saying she could not discuss my wife's health with me. I completely understand and respect patient privacy, but I wasn’t asking for any medical details—I was simply trying to schedule an appointment on her behalf. I called up to book an appointment and was lucky enough to get in that same afternoon thanks to a cancellation. The receptionist was lovely - so friendly and she made the whole process feel easy and welcoming from the start. When I arrived, I was seen by Nurse Monica, and I honestly can't speak highly enough of her! She spent an hour with me, and her care and attention were next-level. I am so grateful for these guys, I’ve had a few problems in the past few months, and every time I’ve been I’ve been treated with grace and dignity. Special shout out to Dr Nick who was efficient and thorough on my most recent visit!!

I have attended this place a number of times recently and the staff are great! Super friendly and there’s never been any awkwardness or made to feel uncomfortable about the reason I was attending. They answer any questions asked and are really good at distracting you when needed. I would mention is that one nurse was a bit more relaxed when taking blood. I have had my blood taken three times, the first two times with one nurse, who was great! I could hardly feel the needle and there was no pain or bruising after. She asked m... read more
