Excellent service from start to finish. It was easy to book a same-day appointment, and I was seen promptly. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole process comfortable. They offer a wide range of sexual health services, and it's great that they also provide free condoms. Highly recommend SHQ to anyone looking for efficient and professional care.
Got results the next day, very kind and friendly staff. Peaceful and clean place. Plenty of seating available.
Attended twice for counselling which was a mixed experience. First session was good, conversation flowed and I left feeling a bit lighter. Second session wasn’t great, conversation didn’t flow and I left feeling worse than when I had arrived. Filled out the form regarding coercion etc which wasn’t even touched on or spoken about except to seek more appropriate services, which is understandable, but it plays a part in why I needed to seek counselling in the first place.
