I wish I had read the reviews earlier. I was looking for a dependable less expensive way to get to he airport at the last minute and decided to choose a local company instead of Super Shuttle. What a huge mistake. On our trip to the hotel are driver talked about waiting customers trying to get to the airport with a less than desirable crowd of people who looked rough from partying. This shuttle service left so much to be desired. It books as Showtime Tours... there's no signage for them at the airport... you call the number and are put on hold for 45 minutes. The company they operate under is actually Bell Trans. On our return trip they made pickup 3 hours early, for a 6 AM flight... the airline desk doesn't open until 4. I definitely won't use them again.

Airport transfer. I booked a one way transfer online for a transfer from the Mirage to the airport. The driver didn’t acknowledge that I had gotten on the bus, didn’t ask for a ticket or check to see if anyone had gotten on. He then didn’t take me to the correct terminal, stating he didn’t see me on the bus. He blamed me for not having a bag to load and for having not heard him call me a no show to his operator.
