They drive nice trucks, they appear legitimate, they initially will answer and send someone out. The phone agent, the wife of the owner, will answer your calls at first and seem receptive. Then, they will promise to get back to you and come back to your yard to work... Yeah right. And, don't let the son come out and tell you he will consult with his dad (the head honcho) and call you back. It won't happen and you can expect to be ignored forever. When I met with ********** about landscaping my yard, I told him I needed low maintenance easy care plantings. What he planted was horrible. He planted indoor plants that required lots of water in direct sun .When I pointed this out to him he promised to replace all the dead plants. That was back in January I have repeatedly called and he does not return your calls. I resorted to emails and use somebody elses phone to make contact. He promised me first week of March.
