Absolutely disgusting! I have used them a few times before with good results but this time I scheduled a sump pump replacement and wasted 3 hours waiting for service. When I called about it I was told the guy, Eric I think, called me before coming and upon arriving rang the dooorbell without any answer. I was inside the whole time! I told the receptionist he must have went to the wrong address and was told I must reschedule because he quit for the day, at 3 PM! Got an issue? Well, you won’t by the time this crew answers and comes through! A request was made in the early hours of the day. Then faster than a locomotive and maybe even faster than a speeding racer, we got a response, followed by a platform to track the service person’s arrival time. Before I knew it, the work was done. No more gurgling toilet! Yes! No mess. Just Bizzzzness! Affordable. Right on time! Thanks Eric & Showtime Express!!

We used Showtime Express Plumbing a couple years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, upon using them again today that was not the case. Eric showed up over an hour late from the time slot quoted. He charged us $385 for a shower cartridge to be changed. We expressed dissatisfaction with the price, but he insisted he doesn’t set the prices, he just works there. It took a total of 20 minutes to do. I called Showtime plumbing to come out to check out my outside faucet that has nevered worked. Scott came on-time and couldn't find the problem. He told me he would return with the owner (Chris) to help him with finding the problem. The next day both Scott and Chris came out and worked together to find the problem and solution. As a business owner I can appreciate the attention to detail. Chris went out of his way to try and find the best option for the best price and he did delivery excellent results for a great price.
