This place is the biggest rip off in a car washing establishment I have ever encountered, we dropped our car off yesterday afternoon at around 3:00 pm paid $115 in advance came back at 5:30 to pick the car up and it was still sitting in the spot we left it in the same condition we left it. We forgot to leave the keys and they neglected to call us and let us know. Be very careful with this car wash. After waiting for someone to come out and write a ticket, I finally went inside. The girl/manager had a nasty attitude. the manager wanted to charge an extra $20 for pet hair removal. I told her I had been coming there for years and never an extra charge. I told her forget it , she walked away I said outloud but to myself.. "what a bitch". She ran back out and slugged me, in the face! I've brought my vehicles to this place many many times. Never had an issue. Owners have always been great. Today I was treated rudely, verbally threatened with violence and will never return. I had a verbal altercation with the guy who stands outside receiving in the cars. He verbally threatened to punch me in the face three times because I moved his cones out of the way to be able to back my vehicle out.
