My family and I were 1 of 3 families physically and verbally assaulted at this companies ‘Christmas Wonderland’ event by 2 members of their staff. After immediately bringing it to the companies attention (with photos of the staff members) they have blamed me, ordered their lawyer to attempt to intimidate me and threatened to contact the police if I attended their office to go through the security footage. I wouldn’t trust Showtime Attractions to arrange any more children’s events. Supervisor was not to be found when the event opened. When she turned up she was very argumentative and blaming the shopping centre why there was confusion because of 2 queues.
Seen this business harbouring the council parking inspectors as they handed out parking tickets. Coned off the road so you can’t park out the front of the business.. Well done
