Luke exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. There were no problems or issues of significance during the entire build, which is incredible considering the length of the build and the number of subcontractors involved. I attribute that success to proactive management. I would use Luke again to build for us. He was worth his fee plus some. Thanks, Luke for building our dream home ahead of schedule and below budget.

Shows Construction built our custom ICF home in 2017. Our experience working with Luke Shows was exceptional. Trust should be the number one priority of anyone selecting a builder, because the home-building process is a new and foreign endeavor for most. Luke built our custom home in Gulf Breeze in 2006. It was built on time, on budget, and done with quality sub-contractors. Luke was very responsive and promptly returned calls and emails. Luke Shows built our waterfront Gulf Breeze home in 2016. We have been very pleased! Organized, on schedule, excellent subs, within budget, and quality product. Such solid construction has enabled us to get heavily discounted homeowners insurance too.
