Showroom Shine gets maximum stars for communication and convenience. It seems like no matter when you contact them, they have availability within a day or two. Sometimes even same day, and they come right to your house. Our most recent detailing was not as good as others we’ve gotten. The windows and mirrors are super smeary, there were several key areas missed like cup holders, and the tech was really heavy handed with the armor-all spray. Showroom Shine did an amazing job on my car! The attention to detail was incredible—inside and out, it looks brand new again. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone in Chapel Hill.
Showroom Shine, and specifically Ricky are great. I was lucky enough to happen by their place the other day when I was running around preparing to sell my truck. I called, Ricky squeezed me in, did a beautiful job on my truck and my truck was sold for asking later that night! The following day I asked if he could help with a particularly nasty problem I had in my other vehicle I was trying to sell.
