**WARNING** I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. I have a membership and have been trying to access my account online, but every time I enter my information, I get an “Information Not Found” error. In April, the wash ripped the third brake light assembly off my vehicle. I reported it immediately, and months later it still has not been repaired. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, and ownership and upper management have not followed through.
