After 4 years I’ve been back and forth with this car wash. I go mainly due to location and convenience on my way home. I have noticed dents on my car and reached out to management by email and they are quick to get back to if the dent was there prior to you entering. Although it was there when entering I do still believe it happened here on one of my visits as I stopped often! The management is not as responsive when you know for a fact damage was caused there! I've been a customer for years. Showroom Shine has competitive prices, including a membership and weekly specials. There's ample slots to vacuum and clean your car after going through the wash. The employees are welcoming and helpful. The free car mat wash is a plus. I highly recommend this carwash.

just now New I used to love coming here, but unfortunately my last two visits have been disappointing. On my first visit, my car came out with noticeable scuff marks. I brought it to the staff’s attention, but I was told they weren’t bad and that I could buff them out myself. On my second visit, my car was scratched again.
