I've been cheated out of $3200 dealing with Showroom Sales and Leasing out of Santa Clara purchasing my Firebird. They sold the car to me without disclosing they didn't do the smog check, and it had serious problems. They said they would pay for the repairs so it could be smogged then when the work was done and it was time to pickup the car they backed out, and ended up only offering me .50 on the dollar. I refused and they won't pay. The seller is always responsible to pay for the repairs to pass smog if they fail to do it ... read more
