Had a phone call with Alex Castillo, honestly, $17/hr just does not cut it for an entry level position anymore. Especially if someone is leaving a job that pays higher than these guys. I've had one prior manufacturing job before and the pay is why I left. Why work manufacturing when retail and even fast food pays more?
I have a job and was applying here. Had an interview at 8am. My boss from my other job wouldn't let me leave right away and I was three mins late to my interview.. Garret was the one who talked to me. He acted snotty and really rude. Told me they won't be doing the interview Cuz it was at 8am not 803 am.
