Big issues with quality and customer service. We recently completed a full renovation and took our GC’s recommendation of Showplace Cabinetry, expecting a level of quality consistent with a custom, high-end installation. Unfortunately, what was delivered falls well short of that standard. The drawers arrived with clearly visible construction and finish defects. These are not minor or subtle issues. Great service and a Great Product! Our cabinets have held up beautifully!
Showplace makes very high quality cabinets. I've been a kitchen designer for 25+ years and Showplace is my favorite cabinet line to sell. The finish and the many options that you get with Showplace truly sets them apart in my opinion. Their customer service always goes above and beyond and their cabinets are truly beautiful. I have been selling Showplace for almost a decade and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their cabinets.
