Tried the chicken pita. Lots of tasty chicken and the best pita I have ever had. Light, fluffy, tasty. Basic strip mall venue, nothing too special.
Dined there s few times and have not been disappointed don't let the name scare you pleasant and helpful wait staff

We love Shomar's in Lexington! The owner, Alex, is amazing and keeps this restaurant one of our favorites. Food is always fresh and delicious, and the restaurant is always very clean. Unlike many other restaurants, the background music isn't roo loud (if there is any?). The staff is always excellent, too.
I had the Santorini Pita and Hubby had the flounder sandwich. Both were delicious!
