We eat here 2 to 3 times a week, and it’s consistently a great experience. Our son absolutely loves the fries and chicken tenders, and the food is always cooked fresh. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Theresa—who I believe is the manager. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right and truly makes each visit enjoyable. It’s rare to get that level of customer service these days. If she isn’t the manager already, she definitely deserves a promotion!
Recently moved out of town. Came back to Charlotte for the day and had lunch at Showmars. Simple and nothing pretentious. Nice people, good food and a clean restaurant what more do you want? One of my faves!
Placed an order for curbside pickup. Followed the directions on the sign to text when I arrived. Waited 10 minutes and nobody ever brought my order out. I then had to go inside to retrieve my order. The staff member confirmed that they got my text. Frustrating .
