I have a rain jacked I've been commuting in, year-round, since 2017 or 18. The zipper started having issues, and I called to ask about a repair. They said bring it in, which I did, this morning. They were able to replace the zipper pull in about 15 minutes, it's working as good as or better than new! I loved my jacket before- also have their waterproof gloves and socks- but I'm a bigger fan than ever now.
Staff is extremely unpleasant
Portland bike commuter. Had one of these jackets for about 12+ years. Was getting really worn, so wanted an alternative. Went to amazon bought a cheap knock off. Bjg mistake. It leaked, and flapped in the wind like i was wearing a garbage bag. Made of crap material. I hated the thing. So went bought another showerpass. More expensive, but man, good tech gear. Pouring rain, 42 degrees today. Was comfy the whole time. Material is just better quality. See picks. Water beaded up. See inseams. Happy biker.
Just got some really nice new Rain Pants on sale last week here & was really blessed! I'm Legally Disabled with Severe Brain Damage so It's already hard for me at times. The Alterations Employee here really blessed me by having my Rain Pants Alterations done early! This Showers Pass Store location is totally worth stopping by! Other Employees are super chill / really nice too & helpful. Now I can ride my Ebike all around town & not get soaked. Thanks! ♥️
Gent at the front was incredibly helpful, I’m sure you guys know who :). Excited to repair my 10 year old rain pants and booties with non PFC spray and with gear tape. Also have new transit pants and waterproof gloves that are so far so good. A note to update your google hours as they say 9 when the door says 10.
