I received excellent customer service in my purchase of a ahower seal, ordered a sample Thurs, received it Friday, ordered full item Friday and recieved it Saturday. And thats including getting a very prompt answer to an email I sent in on the Friday. Brilliant. 6 star deserved. Geoff Palmer.
Showerseal UK were the third online retailer I purchased a seal from and their seal was the only one that fitted aswell as the original. Great website, fast delivery. Highly recommended.
Made finding a replacement shower seal so easy. Dan was brilliant to deal with, we sent a cutting in the post, and he came back with possible choices. We bought samples, which is a great option. Once identified the best fit, the turnaround from ordering to delivery was so quick. Wish all companies operated with the same customer service and care. Keep up the good work!
JUST BE CAREFUL! I ordered a 2m strip which unfortunately didn't fit. As the strip wasn't faulty I had to pay for the return. Fine except the strip cost £32 and the postage was c. £40!! So £8 out of pocket (assuming they refund!)
