Package arrived from a distressed driver. Video footage of the shower pan arriving with a damaged crate. Being i have to transport to my job site I left it in the crate and signed for delivery. Upon opening, this is what we have. Isabel is not willing to replace and said they could invoice me for another. Completely unprofessional, this is why businesses should carry insurance, it seams they dont or won't use it to take care of their customer in this unfortunate situation. Be leary.
